We couldn’t ask for a more no nonsense , streamlined purchase of a new AC/ Furnace. Our old one went out after more than 20 years. John answered the call and provided me with the best price around and service plan. Within a few days, technicians Fabian and Stevie showed up and installed our system within a few hours. They were professional, respectful and very diligent with their every move. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and would definitely recommend.
This was a service call on a residential AC unit that was only blowing warm air. Several companies quickly responded to the Yelp request. Global had a competitive service call price which was credited after the work was done. They were able to come the next day. They were on time and quickly identified the problem and the various options were discussed. We went with the most cost effective option and our AC unit was working fine again. We know this fix won’t last forever and we will use Global to help us again. On a side note the tech, Giuseppe, is really a great person to work with. He explained the issues clearly and my dog even licked him and she never licks anyone.

Global Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace and condenser at my home. This week I had to call them again because rats in our crawl space had chewed through the wire to the condenser. Both time they did a great job. Giuseppe is also very responsive, scheduling is easy, and they are always on time. Highly recommended!
John is very personable but most of all his expertise and knowledge figured out the problem of my AC not cooling. He had the replacement parts with him and installed them within 5 minutes. The AC works perfectly again. I'm very happy. I highly recommend Global Heating and Cooling Systems.
