We couldn’t ask for a more no nonsense , streamlined purchase of a new AC/ Furnace. Our old one went out after more than 20 years. John answered the call and provided me with the best price around and service plan. Within a few days, technicians Fabian and Stevie showed up and installed our system within a few hours. They were professional, respectful and very diligent with their every move. We couldn’t ask for a better experience and would definitely recommend.
A big thank you to John and his crew of hard workers. On one of the hottest days this summer, they installed a new furnace and heat pump (for cooling). They did encounter some unforeseen difficult issues and worked diligently to resolve all of them. John also patiently explained how to use our new ecobee thermostat. He made sure we understood it before leaving. I would give Global Heating and Cooling Services 10 stars if I could. John and his staff are wonderful!!
Giovanni and his amazing team of dedicated professionals at Global Heating & Cool services are exceptional. Our A/C suddenly stopped working, and when we reached out to his team, he prompted scheduled a consultation. Shortly afterwards, Giovanni quickly arrived at our home, he thoroughly assessed the situation and found the problem was a burned out connection on the A/C contactor. He pointed out the problem and replaced the damaged part on the spot. And he only charged us a very reasonble price for both the part and his quality service. Other competing HVAC businesses tried to practice some shady business with us, suggesting that we needed to replace the whole A/C unit (which would have cost dramatically more). My family and I only trust the team at Global Heating & Cool services for our HVAC needs. I hope you do yourself a favor, and contact them the next time you have any problems/needs for HVAC services.
This was a service call on a residential AC unit that was only blowing warm air. Several companies quickly responded to the Yelp request. Global had a competitive service call price which was credited after the work was done. They were able to come the next day. They were on time and quickly identified the problem and the various options were discussed. We went with the most cost effective option and our AC unit was working fine again. We know this fix won’t last forever and we will use Global to help us again. On a side note the tech, Giuseppe, is really a great person to work with. He explained the issues clearly and my dog even licked him and she never licks anyone.
John is very personable but most of all his expertise and knowledge figured out the problem of my AC not cooling. He had the replacement parts with him and installed them within 5 minutes. The AC works perfectly again. I'm very happy. I highly recommend Global Heating and Cooling Systems.
