Absolutely the worst. Came out to look at our broken alc unit and diagnose the problem. They needed to order the part, as expected. We were promised a call in a week's time to schedule that follow up appointment for repair. They then charged us for the full cost of the repair. Now over a month later we have called and emailed over eight times. The call goes straight to a call center (not their office) and every single time we call they tell us Haddon's office is the one we need to speak to but magically their lines are busy. No, we can't stay on the line until they're free. They say they're sending emails to Haddon on our behalf to expedite a return call but no call ever comes. I called for the last time today and explained that I've called and emailed multiple times over the last few days and don't know what else to do and she hung up on me. Haddon can eat it. We're now going to have to perform a chargeback and deal with this through some other contractor.
We had our 5-ton Bosch heat pump installed by Haddon in 2023. The system worked beautifully for about a year before it started making noises. During this time, Haddon H&C was undergoing restructuring. Despite this, managers Greg and Sid honored our warranty and went out of their way to arrange multiple diagnostic visits with their technician specialist, Jake, who was exceptional. Shortly after scheduling, Jake called us to outline the diagnosis and repair plan. He arrived prepared with multiple backup solutions in case the initial attempt failed. Fortunately, one of these backup plans resolved the issue (a defective part). Jake's excellent communication, organization, and thorough planning, coupled with the company's commitment to their warranty during challenging times, resulted in us now enjoying a fully functional, powerful, and quiet heat pump system. We couldn't be happier with Haddon and the new management and highly recommend them.
We just added a mini split system in our home and I would gladly choose them for any other work I needed. The install team (Derrick and Justin) were amazing. Some of the best work I have seen around. Very professional and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after them self and made sure that at the end that we were happy with their work. Haddon is lucky to have a strong team like them 4 heads installed in 3 days and pro quality work!! Would tell anyone these 2 guys are the ones you want to install for you!
Awesome deal and financing. They get the job done promptly, no excuses or elaborate presentations selling you the stuff.. my sales guy got to the point and give me a better deal than what others had. Clean and professional installation by the techs, communicated well at every step.
Haddon installed a split mini ductless system on our two story condo. Haddon was very responsive to installation requests, and modified the first installation exterior routing at the request of the HOA. The final installation required several visits by the installers, but Haddon did not request additional fees. Very satisfied with the installation and performance of the system.
