Abe and Sami were fantastic! They quickly diagnosed a clogged condensate drain line and an improperly installed float switch that was causing water to leak into our ceiling. They were professional, thorough, and even helped us clean up the water damage before heading out. Really appreciated their honesty and hard work — highly recommend!
Our AC stopped working during a heat wave (of course). Moe was able to accommodate us the same day. He came in, did a thorough check and gave us options. He then fixed one part to make it working the same day and came back and finished the job next day. Very efficient, thorough, quick and explained everything very well. Highly recommend him.
Moe was great - he showed up as scheduled on an holiday weekend and was very efficient in replacing the capacitor and added a recommended booster to extend the life of the capacitor. He also topped off my Freon and did some maintenance on the unit. AC works great! It was a little more expensive than I expected but parts are warranted for a year and labor for 30 days.

My upstairs air conditioner in our home went out 2 days ago. I contacted Heating and Air Experts via Thumbtack and Mo contacted within 2 hours. He came out and diagnosed the issue as needing a new capacitor and condenser fan and replaced them within an hour. His level of knowledge was superb and customer service is the best. I’d recommend this company and Mo specifically very highly.
