I’m so grateful to Vic, Alejandro and Raul from Home Air for the outstanding job they did replacing my broken furnace and AC. They worked the entire day to get everything done right, and it showed — the new Bryant system was installed fully up to current code, with no shortcuts taken. Before starting, Vic walked me through every detail of the job so I knew exactly what to expect. Along the way, they actually improved on the original plan, going beyond what we’d initially discussed to make the system work even better. They hauled away all the old equipment and left the space spotless when they finished. On top of the great work, they were punctual and communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process. I can’t thank this team enough — I’d absolutely recommend Home Air to anyone needing HVAC work done
I give Home Air 5 stars. Vic's detailed inspection over existing furnace and duct work was detailed; his technical explanation was even more impressive. His quote was reasonable. Installation job was done in 6 hours, plus some extra service around. For example, Vic tried to patch a pre-existing hole on garage dry wall. It was nowhere in the contract. He volunteered, but then had to be pissed off by my extraordinary request: to make the surface smooth. Oh, poor Vic. For that, I gave him and Home Air a "+" after 5. Thanks a lot, Vic! I would highly recommend you to anyone one who wants to have good AC works.
If you’re reading this you’re probably looking for the right HVAC company to work with. It can be stressful and the costs can get in the thousands before you know it. I had five different companies come out and take a look at my 2021 Bryant HE furnaces each company before Home Air gave me quotes ranging from $1200-$2000. However, when I got in touch with Home Air, Vic and his team were able to come out and find a way to fix my furnace but keep the costs within reason. The scope of work they did for the price was outstanding. They showed up on time, with all the parts, and stood by everything they said. With each work item, Vic and his team took the time to explain and show me everything they were doing and why. They truly understand customer service and how to take care of their clients. Vic and his team aren’t going to feed you a load of nonsense, they will give it to you straight and work with you to meet your budget. I can’t recommend them enough. I am so pleased with the work they did and plan to call them first next time I have any HVAC issues. Choose Home Air!!!
