Great service from the entire team! Easy to get a quick appointment when I called in. Marlon was our HVAC tech. He was professional, friendly and didn’t try to upsell us on anything. Marlon was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and quickly diagnosed our issue. He replaced the faulty component and we noticed the fix almost immediately. As a bonus, he shared some helpful tips for improving airflow throughout our home. Update: Overall, service and workmanship was awesome. Arriving on time (each time), the communication and automation of notifications have been top notch. They are all professionals and have presented themselves as such every time. I’ve held off so long for this type of work but thank goodness the time I did, it was with Hometown. Thank you so much. Anthony was great. Even though I wanted to give him a quick tour to just give a quick quote he wanted to sit down and discuss what I was looking for first and we did. He went in depth on a language I would understand before we even did the walk of the house. It helped me understand more as we talked about the equipment I have. He did a thorough inspection of my current equipment and went in the crawlspace to check everything. The options he provided inline with what we discussed and the prices were very reasonable where other companies I would have passed and checked with other companies.
