Very happy with IRBIS, I researched and got several estimates and chose IRBIS because of their knowledgeable estimator, reasonable price, good reviews and dedication to sourcing all the available rebates. The install went smoothly and very happy with the installer's attention to detail and to the finished product. I would recommend to friends and family. We replaced a gas furnace no A/C with 100% electric heat pump for heating and cooling. Shout out to Francisco and Fernando the installers.
Had our mini split services by them. Apparently our unit is one of the worst to take apart, Christian did his best and left us with the split as good as it could be without having the fan removed (we even followed the manual, couldn't remove it). He was professional and polite. I'll be more diligent about maintenance in the future. Will use them for any hvac needs, their price was the cheapest of the companies we called.
We highly recommend IRBIS for your next project! We had a wonderful experience hiring them to replace our ancient, inefficient gas heater with a modern heat pump. From start to finish, Jorge and Alberto were amazing. They were incredibly timely and did a fantastic job of communicating daily progress and how each step fit into the overall project plan. The execution was great too: they removed and hauled away the old furnace, safely capped the gas line, and expertly installed the new heat pump unit, air handler, and a new vent. Great job all around.
I had a great experience with the IRBIS installation team—Alberto, Jorge, Franklin, and Ezequias. They installed our two heat pump systems (upstairs and downstairs) along with a new electrical subpanel, and did an excellent job. The team was professional, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything before they left. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they kept the work area clean and organized. I had a great experience with IRBIS HVAC. When my system developed a leak, the first technician couldn't quite pinpoint it, but IRBIS immediately sent out Jonathan to save the day. Jonathan was incredibly nice, experienced, and determined—he ran every test possible and took his time to make sure he found the exact source of the issue. He stayed until late to make sure the job was done and I appreciate his hard work. The best part? It was all covered under their warranty, which gives me massive peace of mind. I’m now moving forward with an evaporator coil and line set replacement through them, and I feel totally confident it’s going to go well. Their customer service is exceptional and always quick to reply. A different person installed a new AC system, but ghosted me when things started leaking, so finding IRBIS has been a breath of fresh air. I truly trust them to have my back and fix things right. Their logo is also very cool! Anyways, I highly recommend them for HVAC services and I am sure they are wonderful for the other things they do.
