I had a great experience with Jose and his brother. They were honest, professional, and focused on solving the problem in a practical way instead of jumping straight to the most expensive option. Jose took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the approach. They got our system up and running again quickly and at a very reasonable cost. What stood out most was their integrity. I’m really grateful I found them. We had an unknown issue with our AC the week before a heat wave. JC was able to get us on their schedule the next day after calling. They quickly diagnosed the issue (bad capacitor). They didn't have the correct size on the truck since it was larger than normal and even went back to their shop to see if one was on the shelf. They did not, but returned the following day with the correct part from the supply store, installed, and got our system back to normal. I really appreciate that they took the time to get the correct capacitor and didn't just throw in one of those universal capacitors (better reliability). Most HAVC companies I've seen would have just done that and avoided the two extra trips (or charged you for them). The two technicians were professional and the final invoice was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in Benicia.

From my initial call for an appointment to their completion of the work the same day, they are a high quality company. Punctuality, technical knowledge, pricing, and cleanliness was appreciated. They provided fair and transparent pricing. I will not hesitate to use them again for any heating and air conditioning needs.
Jose and his team are wonderful! When we moved into our house, they replaced our fiberglass insulation with new insulation and did a duct cleaning. Then a year later we had them remove our old furnace and install a heat pump. They are so professional, clean, and quiet. We asked if they could remove the old furnace and then come back to install the heat pump once we painted our garage and they worked with our schedule no problem. There was a slight concern when they installed the heat pump and Jose came back after hours to address it. Thanks Jose!!!
Had someone other company come out the other night and tell me that my unit must be low in Freon from a leak since nothing got cold after looking around. Didn’t put any gauge on it to monitor pressure. Also told me that I needed a new ac as you can’t get 410A anymore and everything needed to be replaced. Called JC Heating and Air to come out and recharge with 410A as they had some available and when he arrived and put pressure on the system to check had a full system. Diagnosed the compressor as bad and replaced it on the spot. Excellent customer service and explained the entire process. Worked on his day off to help us out when he didn’t have to. Jose and David were incredible and we’ll use them for all AC related issues going forward for us and anyone who asks and needs assistance. Great experience.
