Will came out to trouble shoot a defective valve diverter between the shower head and handheld. He sent photo documentation to his parts buyer in the office to confirm the European manufacturer snd order replacement parts. While he was here he re-installed a tub stopper that was stuck in the open position. He also re-installed a handheld shower wand that had detached from its wall mounting. All this and more in under an hour.
Ben came over and quickly assessed the situation and made good recommendations. Then Jamie came over by himself (the same day) with a truck outfitted for replacing water heaters and quickly replaced my dead 30-yo appliance. He knows what he is doing, strong and efficient. I highly recommend his work.
Alex was wonderful! He listened to the things we'd like to have installed and then said he would get back to us after he had a chance to research them and would come up with solutions that would work for our new condo. We have a lot of faith in him and John Owens, because they have done the same thing for us in our prior condo. They really did a great job in helping us move our furnace so we could have room to install an elevator, and they did a great job with as little construction demo as possible to make it all work!
Andrew C. was extremely professional, honest and transparent. He did a great work inspecting the Triangle Tube Prestige on a hazardous recall and gave us his expertise, replacing the front screen display and doing a maintenance on our radiant heat system. Andrew was great and way better than any interaction/service we had before with this company… After almost a year, without hearing from J. owens company about that important recall and the end of Triangle Tube operations we were left somewhere… nowhere… lately, my wife reached out to them and they sent Andrew… Glad they did. Of course, the labor wasn’t cover by the warranty and the recall… However, this time the price was lower, half the price of the quote we received a year ago for the same front display replacement…i guess prices depend on many fluctuations and people…
Cody did a great job for us in our new house fixing many things. He put in new ductwork in addition to getting things running smooth throughout the house. He was on time, neat and clean, and explained everything very thoroughly. We’d highly recommend.
