Service workers audition and represent the owner and company they work for. In this case their performance was top notch. They were courteous, and respected the property and home where the work took place. A two man crew showed up on time each day prepared with tools and equipment, and they professionally performed each work task until the job was completed. The installation required work in the crawl space of our house which is confining and restricts movement. The workers moved in this space with gymnastic skills. Packaging and debris were contained and removed each day. I speak from 45 years of experience working in the construction industry.

I recently called JW Heating and Air Conditioning for a diagnostic visit, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service provided by their technician, Julio. Julio was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. He quickly identified the root of the problem a faulty ignition module and clearly explained the next steps regarding ordering the part and completing the repair. What really stood out was his attention to detail. He noticed that the service panel had been left open and was not properly closed by the last person who serviced the unit. Julio took the time to close and secure it correctly, ensuring everything was exactly as it should be. It is rare to find this level of integrity and skill. We appreciate your customer service calling us re upcoming service. Our call box in the building apparently did not work, so I will standby in the lobby to wait for Julio to check our HVAC this coming Friday. Thank you for your understanding. Julio was able to come the send time. He explained that he has to gain access to the roof of the Building. I have requested our HOA today. I have worked with JW heating in the past and needed a condensing unit leveled out.
