The two installers were very nice to work with. They were talented, very knowledgeable and very hard working (installation in the attic was a tough job). An A++ for a job well done.
We appreciate your customer service calling us re upcoming service. Our call box in the building apparently did not work, so I will standby in the lobby to wait for Julio to check our HVAC this coming Friday. Thank you for your understanding. Julio was able to come the send time. He explained that he has to gain access to the roof of the Building. I have requested our HOA today. We will coordinate with your office as soon as we get a reply from our HOA. Julio was on time and advised us to coordinate with our HOA to gain access to the roof. Thank you!
I have worked with JW heating in the past and needed a condensing unit leveled out. They were able to come out that day with only a few hours notice and fix the issue.Thank you so much again for your amazing response and craftsmanship and thank you Brianna for coordinating and making this happen so quickly. You’re the best.. Cheers.
