I'm delighted with the service I recently received from KC Home. A friendly technician arrived the same day that I called to service our outdoor air conditioning unit. After finishing, he explained the tasks he'd performed and gave me tips on how to efficiently run the A/C. Most importantly, he advised me to get a mesh cover for the unit to keep sticky fir needles out of it, which I promptly did. (Note that the cover should be removed during operation.) I will keep KC Home in mind for my home's future needs.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had KC Home Services come out for our annual AC maintenance, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Virginia U. in the office was friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful in getting us scheduled right away. Our technician, Luis V., was professional, courteous, and thorough. He sent a text when he was on his way, wore booties inside our home, took pictures, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, changed our filter, and made sure everything was working properly. We’ve had a wonderful experience with KC Home Services since purchasing our AC and furnace, and we highly recommend them!

Our air conditioning last week on the hottest week this year. Of course, it was a Friday night when we returned from two weeks away. Virginia tried to find me a slot on Saturday. itexted 6a.m. on Monday. She responded two minutes later that she had secured me an appointment with Luis & Mitchell. They spent two hours carefully inspecting our situation. Next week they will replace our out-dated vents and upgrade the vents to help the furnace and air conditioning unit to peak potential. Virginia, Luis & Mitchell were very professional and friendly. They treated us like family. We highly recommend them as employees. We’re excited to have the job completed! Once again I was so pleased with the service from KC. I had no air co and it was going to get very hot out. I also had a work schedule that would be limiting my availability in the days following my call. Virginia worked it out for me to get a great repairman (Rick C.) out in less than two hours. He is friendly, reliable, professional, and very knowledgeable. It took a lot of testing to get a diagnosis of the central electrical problem, but I am able to use my mini splits (which are great) now. Moreover, it was all covered in a basic service call. This is the third time that I have had great service overall from KC!
