Ryan showed up promptly and with an excellent, professional attitude. He was quick to problem-solve, respectful of our home, and explained the process to me so I understood what needed to happen presently and in the future with our AC system. The pricing was more than fair, and I would trust Ryan, and Kelly Plumbing and Heating in general as they seem to select excellent employees, with any and all services. We will absolutely be using their service again and would absolutely recommend to our neighbors. It's a relief to have our system up and running again just before the heat rolls in for the summer. From our initial contact through the installation everything about this company was the best. Their estimate was through, clear and reasonable. BJ & Ryan were highly professional and courteous. I really appreciated the time they took to explain the operation of the furnace and especially the thermostat & app.
Ryan and DJ were pro’s installing our new water heater. They showed me all the equipment installed and how features worked, walked me through the paperwork and permit, and cleaned everything up before they left. And they both had a great attitude, friendly and wanting to help—thank you!

We had Kelly Plumbing and Heating over to do a furnace annual maintenance and water heater service. Both items were completed smoothly and expertly. Our service tech was DJ and he was top notch as well as personable. All my questions were answered in detail to my satisfaction. DJ was professional and helpful throughout his visit and we felt that we got thorough and quality service work done. We've called Kelly Heating many times in years past and their people always do a fantastic job!
