I needed a full AC/Heater replacement and shopped around local and big box companies in the Bay Area. The owner Josh was super responsive and came out the next day to check out what I needed for my home. He provided me a quote that day and after reviewing 3 other companies it was a no brainer to go with Killen Mechanical. His team came out 4 business days after I signed the agreement and got everything installed in just 6 hours. His whole team was extremely friendly and respectful of my home during the installation process. Couldn't be happier with the price, service, and outcome. Highly recommend you call them before you make your decision.
5 stars! Josh installed two units and a whole house fan. Installation was quick, clean, and handled with real expertise. Everything was explained clearly, and the work area was left spotless. The way we had things set up did not make sense, and Josh was able to figure everything out and recommend the best solutions. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
It finally failed, we called Josh he came out gave us a great price on a quality system. Super clean install you can tell they know what they are doing. I like to watch and Learn and they let me hover thanks killen.
Josh and his crew are fantastic and I highly recommend them for any HVAC work. They were great at communicating and showed up early (for an 8 AM appointment!) multiple days. It was so nice to have someone who was reliable and fair. Josh worked with us to replace our A/C and gave us multiple quotes based on his recommendations. He took the time to answer all of our questions and left the utility closet looking so organized. They didn't cut any corners and even replaced the closet hangers they had to remove.
This company is exceptionally detail oriented. I used them for servicing my AC a couple of times and was happy with the service (and the price) so used them to replace my old AC (2 of them) when it was needed. They did exceptional work with a great price. These folks are my “go-to” for all things HVAC related. I should also note that they gave me options on the AC replacement which allowed me to pick an option that fit my budget! Highly recommended them.
