I’ve used L.J. Kruse for years and the service is phenomenal! I needed a bathroom sink, kitchen garbage disposal and faucet replaced, and a bidet attachment installed. Greg Stanwood came out and we discussed what was needed. I didn’t know what bidet attachment to buy, so he gave me a recommendation. Once everything had been ordered and delivered, Kruse scheduled Greg to perform the work. He did a great job, was on time, and reviewed all of the work to be completed. The new sink was deeper than the original one, which I preferred and it fit perfectly. The disposal and faucet were replaced and Greg showed me how to use the Allen wrench to reset the disposal if I needed it. When Greg first came out, we also talked about a mini-split unit to cool the house. He scheduled one of their HVAC guys to come out for an evaluation! I trust L.J. Kruse and am really happy with the work Greg performed!

Very happy with the service from Greg Stanwood at Kruse! I needed my leaky toilet replaced and asked Kruse to send a plumber to take a look. Greg came by and provided options for replacing parts or the whole toilet. He took measurements so I knew exactly what size toilet to get and told me what to look out for in an installation. I ordered a toilet and today Greg came by to install it. Greg had the old toilet removed and installed the new one in one hour. The flapper initially wasn’t working correctly and Greg walked me through what he was seeing. He eventually figured out what was wrong and stayed until he was sure the new toilet was working properly. Greg took great care in his work. I highly recommend!

My whole experience with LJ Kruse Plumbing was great. From their website, to getting someone on the phone right away, the quick response time and the fair prices. But most important was the plumber, Jason, who was very kind, personable and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater, ordered the part and repaired it saving me from having to buy a new one. His honesty was very refreshing. I would use this company again without a send thought.
