Ian and Jason from Mercury Heating & Air did an outstanding job installing a new heat pump to my house. I called 6 contractors to get some bids and the majority had a sales team that gave me the estimates, none are actual installers. Ian/Jason stands out because they actually came to my house, gave the estimate, and did the install themselves. No high pressure sales team and no technicians. Ian was very thorough on finding the right solutions for what I need, a rare quality nowadays for an honest contractor. On the day of the install, they came on time, completed the install, and cleaned up everything. I will be using Ian/Jason for all my HVAC needs and will be recommending them to friends and family.
Gave me a very reasonable quote for a daikin fit heat pump system that came in well under other local companies offering lower quality systems for higher pricing. Very honest guys with great experience. They did the install in two days and I’m in the summer heat now a month later and my home is absolutely comfortable.
