It was time for an annual check-up for my heater/air conditioner, so I called Miller's who installed my unit a few years ago. It was important for me to give my business to a local company like Miller's in Livermore. They continue to exceed my expectations! The staff is friendly and accommodating and set up my appointment quickly. My technician Tony arrived on time and was professional and gave me helpful information. I would highly recommend Miller's Air Conditioning and Heating to anyone who needs a new unit or just wants to maintain their existing equipment!

Highly recommended! Very professional. Direct to the point on how to help. Gives also options on how you want them to do the job on the price they quote you can afford. Alan and Dominic are very helpful. Dominic (Service Technician) did my A/C unit and explained to me in a simple way I can understand. He even showed me the other things he is doing. I enthusiastically recommend Miller’s Air Conditioning and Heating for installation and service. Having gone to four local companies first, I found a disappointing pattern of generic brief reviews of my HVAC replacement needs followed by high priced quotes on low-end models. One even suggested they could give me better pricing if I did not seek a permit. (???!!!) Things got off to a good start when I spoke to Stephanie at Miller’s and she took the time to listen and to schedule DJ for enough time. DJ reviewed my existing system, analyzed my needs, answered my questions candidly, provided a fair quote on a better system, and replied to consequent emails promptly. I also had great interactions with a number of Miller’s employees on the installation, training, testing, and permitting including Pablo, Sergio, Tony, and Alan – really a great crew. I realize no business is PERFECT, but I would say Miller’s is as close as you are going to get for transparency, fairness, good quality reliable products, high quality workmanship, and a focus on a customer’s positive experience. Thank you everyone at Miller’s! As a May 2026 update, Dominic came to provide a spring maintenance to my HVAC unit. I was impressed with his thoroughness and willingness to educate me given the questions I had. Dominic was professional and knowledgeable, and I know I am in good hands. Kelly at the front desk was really helpful and Sunny the technician who came out to address the cooling issue was able to diagnose and resolve the problem with his expertise , I would highly recommend Miller’s Air Conditioning & Heating with having expert technicians who are able to troubleshoot the Airconditioning issues and excellent service by Kelly who took the time to share details of diagnostic and repair done. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend them , thanks Kelly & Sunny !
