Thank you, Modern Air for upgrading our (very old!) heating ducts and we are very glad that we chose you to do the work! Working with Modern Air has been a great experience from beginning to end and I highly recommend using them. They are top-notch in what they deliver from the initial sales visit, answering your questions, explaining the work, product, and installation. They offer a competitive price too. Thank you, Billy, Seth, Alfredo and team!
We had a great experience with Modern Air company from start to finish. They installed a heat pump for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The installation team was ( Clayton) professional, diligent, and kept us informed every step of the way. A special thank you to Billy, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were completely satisfied with both the product and the service. His attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you!
System was long overdue for Maintenance. Found Modern Air and seemed to have favorable reviews for service and pricing. Billy came out, found an issue, had the replacement part, offered several tips that could help with the current system I had and how it was configured for the house. Exactly what I was looking for. Would definitely use again!
I had a really wonderful experience working with Modern Air. From the initial consultation visit to installation, the communication was great. Billy was extremely knowledgeable and able to lay out all of my options to find the best furnace for my home. Alfredo and his associate were professional, on time, focused, and completed the job. When an issue arose, Alfredo was able to troubleshoot and clearly communicated the next steps. I HIGHLY recommend their services, not only for the quality of the work, but also the peace of mind that you’re working with a company that values their customers and only recommends what they would recommend for themselves or their family members. I have already passed along their info to neighbors who have mentioned HVAC needs. Very happy with my new furnace and thermostats!!
Seth and Billy did an amazing job fixing our A/C. They sourced the right parts, were able to do it quickly, and fixed my system professionally. Everything was kept clean and the system is working better than before. 10/10 will use them again.
