Koby and Santino from the Mr. Poppy’s team did a great job updating our very outdated furnace and AC unit with a new electric system. We’re so happy with their work, after we had our asbestos removed, they completely enclosed our closet with the unit to protect it. They were efficient with the install and over-communicated about arrival times and finalizing the installation. During wrap-up, Koby walked me through the new unit’s meter and settings, how to use the app, and how to remove and replace the filter including the right size and how long it lasts (I never knew how to do any of this before). We upgraded to a Daikin unit and love it. It’s much smaller in our backyard, and the team even added rocks to stabilize it, giving us more room on our small patio. They also upgraded our outdoor outlet as a precaution, which was a nice touch. We’re excited to have reliable AC for these hot Concord summers, and it’s great knowing we’re already set up for California’s 2030 electrification requirements. Thanks, Mr. Poppy’s, for a great experience from quoting, removal, and install were all handled by great people. We’d definitely recommend them to friends and family!
HVAC "Lead Installer" Christian Palomino and HVAC "Assistant Installer" Mateo Soto did an excellent job with this project. They worked continuously throughout the 3-day project providing a complete, thorough and clean installation. Christian did a great job keeping us informed about the work they were doing. Christian even went above and beyond and mounted my tv and I am so happy ! He was very transparent, which we appreciated. They were very courteous, respectful of property and very knowledgeable. They demonstrated a good work ethic and always maintained a positive attitude. We are very happy with our new HVAC system! Thanks so much Christian and Mateo!!
