Rohan was the technician who came out today to troubleshoot an issue I was having. My smoke alarms were going off at all random hours. Since the alarms run on electricity, I thought that maybe the recent installation was triggering the alarms somehow. Rohan checked everything thoroughly. The problem was a faulty alarm that coincidentally would go off when the unit was turned on. Rohan went way above and beyond for a problem that wasn’t even related to their installation. He even checked the carbon monoxide levels in the home to rule out everything and gave me peace of mind. This company should be thrilled that he is on their staff. Outstanding service and such a nice young man. Even the lady who answered the phone this morning was wonderful. I think her name was Lisa. If it’s not, well you know who you are and thank you!

Talk about great customer service!! Every part of this experience was exceptional! You can easily tell that each member of Next Day Air and Heating care about their clients like they are family. Simply a great experience at an amazing price! My technician Rohan was fantastic at explaining the process and making it an ease. Fast response, easy to work with and honest. Simply the best!

Their amazing team of experts evaluated my home heating & air and gave me a few options. I was happy with the price of a new furnace & AC, which they installed in a day. What a difference it is having a fresh, new system to heat and cool the air in my home! Next Day has my highest recommendation.
