Alex came out for our service & I am very satisfied with his professionalism & his ability to explain the issue, so I could understand, lol. He was in our kitchen with limited space and was very neat, organized and out of the way so we could continue normal operations. Of course no one wants the expense of having to repair a large appliance. But, if you’re need it, definitely go with Next & ask for Alex!!!
This company is a complete rip off. I have considered disputing the charges on my credit card for $200 for the service man doing very little except giving me some advice. But I guess I will just walk away and accept the loss. They charge $70 for each “diagnosis” that is supposed to be deducted if you want the work done. I couldn’t get a simple answer as to how much to replace a bake igniter…plus they charge $137 dollars for the part vs $30 on Amazon….but you get no warranty if I buy the part myself and have them install it. Anyway I can go on but best advice avoid this company and maybe use YouTube to fix things yourself. Update March 23: I wound up buying an OEM part for $70 and after a lot of trouble I did get the oven working again. It wasn’t as easy as I thought to fix it and my first thought was to have a qualified person fix it. , but we didn't like the way it went down with this company where we thought the charges weren't fair, although technically we agreed on the phone to the diagnostic fees. So we just chalked it up to experience and thought we lost our money. Today the company refunded all our money, because they didn't want customers to be dissatisfied. That was really outstanding of them to do that and I am grateful for their being concerned. My lesson is just make sure you understand clearly what the policy is before you get involved with a contractual relationship with a company.
Next HVAC were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and really helpful through our whole process. We got a new furnace and air conditioner installed and every touch point we had with Next HVAC was easy. These are seriously smart folks who know their systems and can answer and fix any variety of questions and problems you may have. Great team!
These guys are great! Top knowledge in what they do. John, one of the technician, in a quick response, did the job without a problem. I definitely to recommend to everyone HVAC and Appliance repair!
So far, so good. The repairman showed up right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty drain pump). Now, I am waiting for an estimate to repair it. Hopefully it will be reasonably priced. Fingers crossed. Update: It was reasonably priced. And he came right on time again for the repair appointment So I’m happy. Another update: when original repair did t quite fix it, they came back 48 hours later at no cost and spent about 45 minutes making it right. Highly recommend! They won’t “leave you hanging”
