My AC unit was not kicking on. With hot days NOW, I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to get someone out for another week. Left a message at 7am and friendly Chris called within 30 min and scheduled someone same day. Another friendly tech named Paul called to let me know he could come earlier than promised. Knowledgeable, thorough, clean, and fair priced for services. Got the system up and running. I highly recommend and would confidently trust North HVAC to regularly maintain our HVAC system. Paul arrived on time. He was willing to put on booties when entering my home. Our condenser is very old and needs replacing but we couldn’t afford replacement at this time since we’re doing a major landscaping project right now. He first diagnosed an electrical problem since it wouldn’t start. After fixing the problem, at least temporarily he noticed it wouldn’t cool lower than 72 degrees. He then diagnosed it needed a recharge which would have cost $300-500. Before he started the recharge he advised me it might all leak out in a couple of days that was not good news. So I decided not to have the recharge. Paul did his best considering the 30+ age of the condenser and the fact it’s never been serviced. I will consider North HVAC Services when the time is right to replace.
Scheduling the appointment was very easy. The tech was able to show up earlier than expected and identified the issue with my furnace immediately. He did not have the part on hand but was able to get one quickly. I was grateful we didn't have to order the part and wait days for it to show up and reschedule another appointment. He was courteous and clean too.

Yes, this is a fantastic company and my experience with them was particularly exceptional. Chris, an owner, is who you will likely meet first, scoping the job and providing a fair quote and detailed recommendations I felt were honest. My mother is low-income so Lila spent an entire year qualifying her for a special program, didn’t forget us, and alerted us when she was finally accepted. Ivan, another owner, ran the installation team with two very professional gents, Jairo and Rafael. Every time they came in and out of the house they put on shoe covers and were all very patient with questions. They were flexible with moving trucks and were legitimately friendly and kind every moment. Very professional. The base Mitsubishi unit they recommended is stunning. We are now sitting in a warm home that hasn’t felt true heat in years and are forever grateful. I have worked with numerous HVAC companies over the years and this one has been my favorite. They are not overpriced nor are they going to be the lowest bid, but if theirs comes in for you at a reasonable price you’d be a fool to not choose them.
