I'm really grateful for Alex Ortiz and his team. They did a wonderful job on my house and were very clear with every step of the process. The crew was incredibly considerate of my home space and my needs. By the end of the project, everything came together as planned, and we're so happy that we chose Ortiz Heating. Furthermore, I had consulted with two other HVAC companies, and they told me my old Victorian couldn't possibly have central heating. But Alex had the vision and ability to say YES. And it worked out better than we could have imagined! Thank you so much!
Amazing service from Alex Ortiz’s team! Great communication, fast and on time service, great workers and very thorough on investigating issues of our AC/HVAC unit, floor plan, air vents, air flow, roof and underground system. They explained everything what exactly the issues were, and how to better resolve it next time. They’re able to install a brand new AC/heater unit for our medical site. Our staff and patients are very grateful for their help, experience and great service! Their expertise and analysis really helped persuade our landlord to get us the new unit. We are very grateful for that.
Ortiz Heating replaced our home gas furnace and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They mounted the new unit hanging, which freed up valuable floor space — a huge plus. Pricing was very reasonable, the crew was professional, and the workmanship was top-notch. They also supported us through the inspection process without a hitch. If you need HVAC work done right at a fair price, call these guys.
We employed Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning to replace our existing furnace. They were very flexible in working with our schedule, and worked efficiently to complete the work. After installation, I noted a couple items of concern. Nothing serious, just a bit off. Alex came over, checked out the items, and they promptly addressed them. Really appreciate folks who stand by there work!
Again, we highly recommend Ortiz Heating & AC. This is now our 4th successful job with them and we couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, professionalism, and the successful maintenance of our slim-line AC unit (still under warranty). Eight years ago (2018, our first job), they installed a new furnace and AC unit in our previous house in Burlingame. Then seven years ago (2019, our second job) in our new house they installed more duct work, fixed our cold air return, and added a gas line to our dryer. Then six years ago (2020, our third job) they successfully installed a slim-line AC unit and we couldn't be happier. Then today (May 26, 2026, our forth job) we had some general maintenance on our AC unit and we're now ready for summer. Please speak to the owner Alex Ortiz to get his expert review, quote, and job completed with his fantastic crew. We can't thank them enough. Ortiz Heating & Air Conditioning is the best!
