Amazing service from Alex Ortiz’s team! Great communication, fast and on time service, great workers and very thorough on investigating issues of our AC/HVAC unit, floor plan, air vents, air flow, roof and underground system. They explained everything what exactly the issues were, and how to better resolve it next time. They’re able to install a brand new AC/heater unit for our medical site. Our staff and patients are very grateful for their help, experience and great service! Their expertise and analysis really helped persuade our landlord to get us the new unit. Eight years ago (2018, our first job), they installed a new furnace and AC unit in our previous house in Burlingame. Then seven years ago (2019, our second job) in our new house they installed more duct work, fixed our cold air return, and added a gas line to our dryer. Then six years ago (2020, our third job) they successfully installed a slim-line AC unit and we couldn't be happier.
