Excellent job all around! Jesus explained what was to be done then thoroughly checked all systems within heating and cooling. He then provided photos of each part of our system as they were worked on. There was no guessing or wondering what was done. Additionally, we added two parts to our unit that were missing and swapped out incorrect amperage fuses. All in all outstanding job! We recommend Perfect Star for maintenance or installation!!
Called on day of issue and was able to get somebody out in about two hours or so from my initial call. Devin the technician came out and assessed the situation, then found the issue and went over our options from start to finish very knowledgeable, professional and courteous we’ll be definitely using perfect star for all of our HVAC needs. Highly recommended!
I had Perfect Star come and conduct standard maintenance on my HVAC. Anthony was great: Punctual, effective, and detailed assessment of my system. I also had Ray come and provide an estimate to upgrade my system, however, I have nothing to compare with at this time. Ray seemed like a good guy and provided well detailed options and recommendations. So far, Perfect Star have been great!

I recently had Perfect Star out to service the two HVAC units in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My technician, Keon Garcia, was fantastic—very courteous, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I have a bit of a split situation: one system is newer and runs great, but the other is 26 years old. I’m want to keep that older unit running as long as possible. Keon was incredibly patient, performing a thorough tune-up on both systems. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he found in easy-to-understand terms, even providing photos of every detail of the work provided. He explained the immediate items versus the long-term concerns for the aging unit. Very pleased with the company and Keon.
