Excellent job all around! Jesus explained what was to be done then thoroughly checked all systems within heating and cooling. He then provided photos of each part of our system as they were worked on. There was no guessing or wondering what was done. Additionally, we added two parts to our unit that were missing and swapped out incorrect amperage fuses. All in all outstanding job! We recommend Perfect Star for maintenance or installation!!

Called on day of issue and was able to get somebody out in about two hours or so from my initial call. Devin the technician came out and assessed the situation, then found the issue and went over our options from start to finish very knowledgeable, professional and courteous we’ll be definitely using perfect star for all of our HVAC needs. Highly recommended!

I had Perfect Star come and conduct standard maintenance on my HVAC. Anthony was great: Punctual, effective, and detailed assessment of my system.
I also had Ray come and provide an estimate to upgrade my system, however, I have nothing to compare with at this time. Ray seemed like a good guy and provided well detailed options and recommendations. So far, Perfect Star have been great!

Anthony from Perfect Star was a great technician today! He was early to the appointment, was polite and friendly, and was able to complete our service in a timely manner. He was clear about how our system is working and was thorough in explaining what needed to be fixed and why. Really appreciate the job he did and all of the Perfect Star staff! They are an excellent company to work with for all your hvac needs! Highly recommend them!
