We had a leak in our 21-year-old kitchen faucet that was dripping onto the countertop. We had to shut off the water, which meant we couldn’t use the kitchen sink or do dishes. I called Peter Levy Plumbing, and they responded immediately. They scheduled us for the very next day, and our technician, Nicholas, came out to assess the situation. After looking everything over, we decided it made more sense to replace our old sink and faucet rather than continue repairing them. Nicholas took the time to explain our options, answered all of our questions, and completed the installation the following day. The results exceeded our expectations. The new sink and faucet completely transformed the look of our kitchen. The single-bowl sink gives us so much more usable space, making it much more functional than our old double-bowl setup. What really impressed me was Nicholas’s attention to detail. During the installation, he discovered that the previous plumbing had never been installed correctly. The drain piping had not been cut to the proper length, which had been causing a persistent leak underneath the sink that I constantly had to clean up. He corrected the problem, converted everything to the new single-drain configuration, and gave us significantly more storage space under the sink. Nicholas was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and took great pride in his work. Everything looks fantastic, and you can tell the installation was done the right way. Nicholas came out to work on my water heater, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He was professional, kind, efficient, and genuinely curious about making sure everything in my home was working properly. Not only did he take care of the water heater maintenance, but he also went above and beyond by checking the water pressure at my kitchen sink and inspecting other plumbing components to make sure everything was functioning as it should. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions I had with patience and professionalism. Nicholas’s attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to excellent service really stood out. The Levi crew came out to snake our clogged tub which ended up causing a drip in the ceiling below. Turns out the plumber who did our renovation did a poor job with that drain and it came apart. Jason identified the problem quickly and presented various resolutions. Very happy with their service!

Honest people, excellent work, very fair pricing. I had had slow drainage from my sewer lateral and wanted to get an idea of what might be happening. I called four local plumbing companies, and Peter Levi not only were the most responsive, they also were a fraction of the cost. I wanted a camera put down my line so we could see if there was a major or minor issue, and what we should do about it. Peter Levi only charged a standard visit fee. Divine Plumbing on the other hand wanted almost $850 (10x) for the same job, and would only reduce that if I got one of two additional services done for $1,600. How could I know if I needed more work done without the camera work? Ignatious arrived on time, the same day I called, and immediately got to work. He had a great attitude and his assistant even went under my house to inspect that the rest of my plumbing was in good shape. When they needed another tool, Logan was there in 15 minutes. They tracked my entire sewer lateral for me, gave me an honest assessment of what could and should be done, and didn’t try to upsell me or force me into anything. The work I need done isn’t immediate, but it’s significant. I’ll certainly trust these guys when the day comes for any plumbing work on my house. I can’t recommend them enough.
