My original to the house central heating furnace hasn't been used for over 20 years and was using portable heaters. Once I got the PG & E bill I was surprised that it was $1k+ even with solar. I had spoken to PG & E and the agent told me that my portable heaters was draining too much juice. I then decided to check for an HVAC company on Yelp that has 5 stars I think John was the first company I contacted that services my area he gave me a reasonable rate and at first my thing was to do more research so I checked on another company Calvey Heating I saw them on a tv commercial. Then I checked online for total cost out the door for materials and labor should be between this much and this much Johns price out the door was in between those prices. So I decided to cancel the estimate from the other company and hired John. It took them 5 days to do my furnace system with little to no disruption of my daily activities. The workers Madai and Jeremias were friendly and nice to talk to. I would hire them again for my next HVAC projects.
Our A/C died when it was 90°F recently! 🥵 My attempt to fix it resolved one issue, but not everything. So we called Precise Climate Solutions. I wasn't home but my wife worked with the repairman who treated her very politely and with respect. It didn't take long for him determine the issue and fix the condenser. He also went into our attic in the heat of the afternoon just to make sure everything there was working well too! My wife was very pleased with him and very happy that the A/C was fixed! The cost was fortunately less than I thought it could easily be!
I had John from Precise Climate Solutions come to my house to see why my heater was not working. John figured it out within a half hour and got the part on order. Part came on 10 days and John called me to let me know he would come over to install it. Heater works perfectly now and my wife is happy. That’s guys are great and do the job right. Really happy working with John at Precise Climate Solutions. We have a rental with an old floor heater that needed repair. It's tough to find anyone that will repair these old units and we were thrilled when we found Precise Climate. John came out, was punctual, fixed the issue, was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. We are also getting a quote on installing central heating. Would definitely recommend.
