Juan, Daniel2.0, and Andrew are the greatest team from Precision Heating and Cooling to install a Daikin 36k BTUH 4 zone mini split heat pump to replace the old broken piece at my house. They are professional, careful, clean, and working in a timely manner. Well done guys!
I’ve had the pleasure of using Precisions services since the beginning of 2026 on referral from a co worker for work. Since then, they’ve worked with me time and time again to address issues as quickly as possible and leaving our residents satisfied. Their office staff is as friendly as they are professional, and I appreciate them moving mountains to expedite our emergency work orders. A great company all around.
I used this company for a complete heat pump installation. Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and ran me through all my options. He addressed all my concerns and helped me negotiate an extremely competitive price. When it came to installation, Pablo, Pipas, and Johnny were extremely efficient and finished the job in one day. Victor checked in several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling for any HVAC job. Ask for Victor, Pablo, Pipas, and Johnny if you want the job done right.
I had an excellent experience with Precision Heating & Cooling when they replaced my air conditioner. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and punctual. It's clear that this company takes pride in their work and values their customers. Guillermo was especially great to work with, he offered a very fair and competitive price for the job, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. The communication from everyone involved was outstanding. They kept me informed at every step and were always quick to answer any questions. I'm also grateful that they were willing to drive all the way out to my home in Concord to provide the service. That level of commitment and customer care really stood out. The guarantee they provided gives me a lot of confidence moving forward. I truly feel they will be there if anything is ever needed On top of all that, the team showed excellent workmanship, respected my home, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the installation efficiently. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail make them a standout company. I highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality HVAC service.
