I usually don't like to work with structured companies when dealing with my home repairs. But Pro Max is that rare company that is actually there to support the customer, rather than put up a wall between me and the people working on my home. I felt I had the whole team working on my furnace. My furnace was not an easy fix. Response times were very quick.. They were more available than I was.. They were extremely communicative with emails and texts and follow up; always providing a phone number and a name, and always courteous and friendly. I had 5 or 6 phone calls back and forth with Nick one morning with questions and explanations and decisions. And they were truly professional in their craft. When the first part that they replaced did not fix the problem they applied what I had already paid to the cost of the next part and repairs. They installed Mitsubishi HVAC mini-split system at my home with 4-indoor unit, removed existing gas furnace and patched the wall. They did a wonderful job. They take their work very seriously, paying attention to every minute detail, always on time, keeping everything neat and clean. Also handled the rebate process on timely fashion. I highly recommend them for the quality of service they provide for the price.
The Promax team gave me the best estimate for my Navien HPWH. Not only that the team is very good at communicating to ensure that my questions are asked, confirming appointments, and helping with my rebate applications. The team is friendly and did a great job with the installation. They came back to help me with the water heater menu and trying to setup the rebate. Reasonable price and quality service are hard to find. I have both from Promax. Needed old furnace removed, they gave quote that you think competing quotes are ripping you off. Came the next day and job was done in ~30 minutes. Super courteous crew too.
