Reliable Air put in a heat pump and air handler for me this month. The process was so smooth from the start. The owner himself came out for an estimate. He started by hearing what my needs were then went through various options with me. He took his time with the appointment, answered all my questions and helped me choose what would be best for not only my house but also my budget. Once I accepted the estimate I was able to get on the schedule quickly. Phil’s technicians came out the day of installation and were very professional. When they were finished they cleaned everything up and tested the unit with me to make sure I was comfortable with my new system. So, my dad had a major surgery set and of course, the night before early morning surgery the old water heater went out.
