We had Restart do a complete replacement of our HVAC system to a Mitsubishi heat pump while renovating our house. They removed the old furnace, AC compressor, all ducts, and installed the heat pump in a new location, as well as the air handler in the attic and all new vents and ducts. Alex was the main installer and he was absolutely fantastic - very helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done how we wanted. The system is working great and I love how quiet the Mitsubishi heat pump is. I would recommend Restart.
After my AC unit broke, I was able to make an appointment right away and Georgy came to my home promptly. He diagnosed the issue in minutes, explained the considerations and costs, and repaired my unit in minutes. Restart HVAC did a very clean installation of our new heat-pump system with air handlers and new ducting. Despite initial complications with Mitsubishi model configurations, issues were resolved professionally to meet all our expectations.
