I had a great experience with this Restart HVAC company. After interviewing with 5 AC companies I accepted their services. Heat bump was installed July 2026 in San Jose . They installed my new heat pump system professionally and completed the work on time. The installation was clean, and the team was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The system is working great. We had Restart do a complete replacement of our HVAC system to a Mitsubishi heat pump while renovating our house. They removed the old furnace, AC compressor, all ducts, and installed the heat pump in a new location, as well as the air handler in the attic and all new vents and ducts. Alex was the main installer and he was absolutely fantastic - very helpful, patient, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done how we wanted. The system is working great and I love how quiet the Mitsubishi heat pump is. I would recommend Restart.
Restart HVAC did a very clean installation of our new heat-pump system with air handlers and new ducting. Despite initial complications with Mitsubishi model configurations, issues were resolved professionally to meet all our expectations.
