Reyes Heating & Air installed a ductless system downstairs and a ducted system upstairs in our home, replacing our older gas systems and existing ductwork. The project required opening up sheetrock and carefully running new refrigerant lines through the walls, so it was fairly involved. The installation team, led by Brian and Pablo, did an excellent job from start to finish. They kept the job site clean each day, the installation went smoothly, and they clearly communicated the work plan and progress with us throughout the process. We’re very happy with the results and the overall experience. I highly recommend Reyes Heating & Air for any HVAC work.

We purchased a Mitsubishi heat pump system from Reyes Heating and Air in April 2026. Their quote included the Mitsubishi equipment, replacement of our old ducting, and installation. Their quote was on par with 2 others we obtained, and we were very impressed with Reyes’ expertise with heat pump systems. The installation went smoothly, and we are very happy with the results. The new 1st and 2nd floor thermostats, air controllers, and an additional vent, provide much better individual control for each floor than was previously possible. The overall level of airflow and heating/cooling throughout the house is markedly improved. The Mitsubishi equipment (outside & garage) is also blissfully quiet. The Reyes installation crew were very professional, competent, and respectful of our time and our home. Finally, we are comforted knowing that all parts are warranted by Mitsubishi for 12 years, and Reyes’ installation for 3 years.

Their response was always very quick and I felt that they care about their customers very much. Their installers were very careful and thorough. They worked very hard. They were very courteous and respected our privacy. They kept our home very clean all through the process. I was impressed that they cleaned the floor completely at the end of the day during the construction, everyday, as if no one was there. I am very satisfied with the new system that they installed.

I got three quotes from different HVAC Companies and selected Reyes for their completeness, competitive prices and word of mouth reviews. The job is complete and I could not be more impressed. The units are beautiful, Udiel made sure I selected the units that were perfect for my number of rooms and living areas. He even explained that he had installed the identical system in his home and invited me over to see it! The installation took 4 of days and the guys worked from 8:30-4:30 each day. They rarely took a break, cleaned up everything each night and were conscience and polite. they are family owned and we’re a pleasure to do business with
