I really don't know how this place gets such great reviews. My experience was the opposite of what others say. Maybe it's under new management? I had many issues but in general I found that the techs that came to my house seemed inexperienced and weren't very communicative. The front desk person (who answered texts and calls) seemed extremely disorganized and uninformed. After I paid $363 for an estimate to fix issues in my home (they were supposed to supply estimates for two options) I needed to follow up several times over the course of about 1 month to actually get the estimates. (One reply to my query asked me what I was supposed to get an estimate for. Seriously?! ) I finally got the estimates and called to ask a question about it -- when one is spending a few thousand on a repair, they are entitled to questions, right? Anyway, no one answered, I left a message and no one returned my call. At that point, I gave up on Richards and I called another local HVAC company. The icing on the cake is that the techs from the new company told me that I already have dampers installed and gave me an estimate to have them adjusted. Richards tech told me I did NOT have dampers and were going to charge me to install them and then adjust them.
We have turned to Richard’s for repair/maintenance oh our home heating and cooling systems for over 20 years now. Time flies! Our 36 year old equipment finally was showing its age. We decided to replace them. Richard’s team made the experience simple from evaluation, estimates and installations. The service was effortless and fairly priced from our perspective. Well done
It was a pleasure working with Tyler. He was patient knowledgeable and helpful. With in 15 minutes after some trouble shooting, he knew what needed to be repaired/replaced. Provided quote within minutes and all repaired within 2 days. Needed to order some parts. It was fast efficient and reasonable.
