Sanam was the technician assigned to do our pre-season furnace check. He gave us a 20 minute notice of when he would be arriving. He completed the service near the beginning of the service time window which was very convenient. Sanam was profession, courteous and patient with all my questions.
Same Day was assigned to fix our gas furnace by our home warranty company after another service provider dropped the ball. Same Day was a total 180 from the other HVAC company! Upon making the service request with our home warranty, Same Day called us within an hour to schedule an appointment and was able to send out a technician the next day. Gabriel was assigned to diagnose our gas furnace issue. Gabriel arrived on time and was polite. He did an excellent job checking every part of our furnace and was able to quickly identify where the previous HVAC tech messed up and quickly repaired the issue within 15 minutes. He also did a great job with not only double-checking, but TRIPLE-checking that our heater was working again. Overall, I highly recommend Same Day for all your HVAC needs!
Gabriel did a good job. Replaced contractor and transformer and got us our AC working in 1 hour.
My experience with MS Services was extremely disappointing. Technician Andre took a week to arrive, even though the company offers faster appointments to customers who are not using a home warranty. During his first visit, he said he didn’t have the required equipment and would need to return to complete the necessary testing. I was told the second visit would be at no charge, yet after a week with no update, I followed up and was suddenly asked by Joy to pay $450. Even worse, this was later reported to AHS as a $720 charge—an amount that didn’t match anything previously communicated. The breakdown provided still didn’t explain the actual plan of repair, and neither Andre nor manager Poonam could clarify anything. No clear diagnosis was ever given. Derek was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, adding to the overall poor experience. Another company identified and explained the issue the same day, which only highlighted MS Services’ aka Same day Air conditioning and heating’s lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company.
I recently had Edward come over for some air conditioning maintenance and a tune-up, and I have to say he did a fantastic job. He was very attentive, clearly knows what he’s doing, and took the time to explain all the details of the issue to me. He's a really skilled technician and I’d definitely recommend him!
