Sanam was the technician assigned to do our pre-season furnace check. He gave us a 20 minute notice of when he would be arriving. He completed the service near the beginning of the service time window which was very convenient. Sanam was profession, courteous and patient with all my questions.
Gabriel was our AC technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the cause of AC not functioning, explained the cause in terms which I could understand and fixed it in very short time. Also shared advice on how to self maintain AC unit. Scheduling on phone was also easy and he arrived as per time. Highly recommended!

Same Day was assigned to fix our gas furnace by our home warranty company after another service provider dropped the ball. Same Day was a total 180 from the other HVAC company! Upon making the service request with our home warranty, Same Day called us within an hour to schedule an appointment and was able to send out a technician the next day. Gabriel was assigned to diagnose our gas furnace issue. Gabriel arrived on time and was polite. He did an excellent job checking every part of our furnace and was able to quickly identify where the previous HVAC tech messed up and quickly repaired the issue within 15 minutes. He also did a great job with not only double-checking, but TRIPLE-checking that our heater was working again. Overall, I highly recommend Same Day for all your HVAC needs!
