Soane Finau and Danny Amerson from Freschi Service Experts are an awesome tag-team!! They arrived on time after first sending a message that they were on their way. Upon arriving we discussed their plan and did a walk-through. Then they got to it. Since they were cleaning my duct system, they prepped the floors by covering them and sealed the ducts. Then they did the voo-doo that they do-do to get the job done, all the while keeping me advised. After they finished cleaning the ducts, they cleaned up and picked up their duct cleaning supplies. Danny took his leave while Soane continued with the second task, installing a UV system. Soane continued to keep me informed as his work progressed. Upon completion, he show me what he had done before cleaning up and leaving. Both gentlemen were courteous, thorough and respectful of my property. I’ve been with Freschi for a number of years and have not had any negative issues. They are a very professional company and I highly recommend them.
I am writing this for my parents, Frank & Eleanor Pult; they had their maintenance performed by Fabian today and he took very good care of them, he was patient and informative! My parents have been customers for MANY years and it is nice to hear the customer service is still top notch! As long term customers we have always had great service. Today took the service to excellent. I am new to being the gatekeeper for the AC and heating maintenance. Arielle arrived promptly and I explained I needed to be educated. She was excellent. Patient, knowledgeable, provided easily understood responses to my questions. She respected my position and truly went the extra mile to understand each of the annual maintenance appointments. Thank you to the Freschi Team you never disappoint and I hope to see Arielle on my next appointment.
Hugo was on time and did maintenance on our three air conditioning units. He also changed air filters on one furnace and communicated that the filters on our other furnaces are not due for changing until October. Hugo was here last year and we hope he will be available again in October. Its good to have the same technician for each visit for continuity. We are very pleased with Hugo's services.
Arielle Was Fantastic Helped explain how things are going with our system. She did the A/C Maintenance. Told me how to keep up with the filters, which was helpful to help keep the air flowing. Cleaned off our coils on the Condenser that was really dirty, the Air is flowing better now through the top. She did an Amazing job. Went above and Beyond.
