Severson did a great job fixing our aging furnace and AC system. They were prompt, professional, neat, and went beyond the original work order to diagnose and fix a few addition problems they found in our system. The repair tech (Austin) very helpfully explained the repairs he made and left the work area clean and closed up. We feel very confident in the work done and in our home system now. We highly recommend the company.
Austin was absolutely the BEST!!!! My window for service was 9am to 11am. He arrived just a few minutes after 9am which was great due to my schedule which I had explained to Nicole who manages the office. He diagnosed the problem and my service was up and running again. He was professional and friendly which is so very important. I had never used them before, but they will be my go to and I will refer them to others. Also, Nicole who manages the office was FABULOUS!!! She was professional, friendly, and asked all of the appropriate questions and she took the time to listen to me which is very important. Severson Heating and Cooling is the BEST!!!!!!!
Austin is professional, capable and likeable. This is the second time he has helped us, once with a malfunctioning heater in January, and then today with a maintenance check and part replacement on our AC. I highly recommend this business.
