Stouts took the job that others refused. They made the trip, were incredibly knowledgeable, tech forward and self sufficient. They've saved me +10s of thousands, made repairs with clarity and kept me in control. Don't get scammed by cheap offers - Stouts has been consistently reliable. And when your unit breaks (it will) they'll be there. DJ was an impressive tech - taking the time to explain the why, without the shop talk.
I've used Stout's HC for several years now and have been quite satisfied with their service. I'm also working with them to replace my HVAC with a mini split system. I've been very impressed with them walking me through what it entails and listening to my concerns and helping me make informed decisions. Can't recommend them enough.
I’ve been with Stout’s a few years now and they always offer quality workmanship! Fair pricing and easy to make appointments. I have the same person coming to my house all the time, so he knows my heater & A/C well. I would recommend this company to my family & friends.
We called Stout's Heating and AC on April 6, 2026, and set up an appointment for April 7, 2026. Dennis and D.J. came out to answer our questions about our old system. They gave us an excellent price for a new gas furnace, a new air conditioner and a new thermostat. It was installed 1 week later and the three men that did the work explained everything on how to run the new machines and how to operate the new thermostat. We are very happy with everything, and all of the information given and the work done.
We got 4 different quotes for a new AC system plus ductwork. Stout was the best choice for price and service. They were very professional and pleasant all the way through the whole process.
