We’ve used Superior Mechanical for years and they are the best in every way. We have a very complicated heat pump system that other companies seem unable to handle. Superior’s technicians, especially OT, Brian, Saul (and others whose names can’t recall now) are all highly skilled, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The company is always on time and gets the job done very efficiently. Love this company!
Technician Saul just performed a maintenance visit today and was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He also came on time as promised. We watched him test the air conditioning system and showed us the tester that it is functioning properly. He also changed and replaced all filters to the correct size. We hired Superior last year to replace our entire HVAC system and all duct work in the crawlspace of our house, and add a couple ducts where needed. They were professional throughout the entire process. They provided various options and we went with dual fuel heat and a heat pump. The crew was punctual, professional and friendly. Most importantly, the system and installation were top quality, as noted by the city inspector. They have provided semi-annual maintenance since then and again they have been thorough and professional (thank you Saul). Highly recommend!
Superior were very professional and efficient. Milton and Colton did a great job with the installation of my HVC heating unit and water heater. They had to expand the attic door and remove one section of the attic truss to replace the heater and remove the door frame to install the water heater. They did a great job replacing the truss and door frame respectively. Everything is working as scoped. They also did a great job with cleanup. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
