Techpro is great! They were recommended through my general contractor, who also trusts them thoroughly, when I needed to replace my furnace/AC last year. Armen explained everything thoroughly and gave me honest input. The cost was reasonable, and the installation team was fast and polite. Danielle was great in communicating during the installation process and the loan/rebate processing afterwards. Recently, Park came out to do the annual maintenance check. He was excellent!! Polite, knows his stuff really well, answered all my questions honestly, did a thorough check up, and left everything clean and neat. With Park's inspection and service of the equipment, I feel very confident that the heat pump will last a long time and work perfectly.

While looking for heat pump water heater installers, I found Techpro Heating & Cooling through customer recommendations on Peninsula Clean Energy (PCE). I’m really glad I chose them for the installation given their excellent customer service. The end of 2025 was a busy time because federal energy tax credits were ending & state rebates were running out of money. From the day I signed the contract, Techpro staff kept me informed on timelines & scheduling updates. Danielle in the front office provided detailed instructions on the paperwork I needed to prepare in order to take advantage of federal, state & local clean energy rebates. When she heard the state was running low on funds for their rebate program, Danielle made sure they reserved enough funding to cover all their clients with pending installations. She also did the work to submit the rebate requests for both the state & PCE which saved me a lot of valuable time. The location for my water heater also presented some installation challenges, but Rigo & Fadi found a solution & were available for follow up questions. I would encourage anyone to work with this family-owned San Carlos HVAC contractor. Great price for the service.

We called Techpro when our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. They were able to schedule us in for the following morning. Park diagnosed and was able to fix the unit quickly. He also explained to me clearly what was wrong with th unit and how he fixed it. Park is very knowledgeable and professional. Moreover, the price was very reasonable. It is nice to find a trustworthy, reliable person like Park and a company like Techpro. We will defintely call on them again for future needs.
