Therma Tech really stepped up and made things right. After my initial experience where the condenser coils couldn’t be cleaned due to the lack of a rooftop water source, Jazmin was incredibly responsive and worked to resolve the situation. She arranged for Miguel to return with a portable water pump, and he was able to thoroughly clean the condenser coils as promised. I really appreciate the company’s willingness to listen, take ownership, and follow through. Miguel was once again professional, friendly, and did excellent work. Great customer service and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Henry was amazingly efficient! He has updated some AC units in my condo, which made it super easy for him to go to the unit and fix all in the same day. I went from a hot 85 temp home to a nice 75 temp within an hr. Very happy with the service and support from Therma Tech!

We called Therma Tech to see if they could come out to take a look at our air conditioner that quit working on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were able to send a service tech out the next morning - and the technician was able to locate the problem and fix the broken parts in a matter of minutes. Very happy with the service - we called other companies first - but none of them could come out for several days. Will definitely call them again!

Any company I come in contact with, I pay close attention to their quality of service, value and even some time after, I make sure that their work doesn’t fall apart and or they don’t vanish should something go wrong. When it comes to anything you may reasonably expect from a business, look no further, for Therma Tech is where you’ll find, integrity, quality, value and customer appreciation. We have so much trust in this company (Henry, John, Francis and office staff), that they’ve gained our loyalty. Within twenty four hours after discovering that our heater wasn’t working, they came, did their assessment and replaced our furnace and thermostats the next day. They went over and beyond their scope of work and we truly appreciate it. God bless them.
