Naveed did an excellent job installing our brand new toilets. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He also helped us sign up for a membership that gave us a great discount, making this the lowest quote compared to the two other estimates we received. It’s such a relief to finally have a reliable company we can count on for both our HVAC and plumbing needs. When I ask Google how much it should cost to install a two way clean-out in California, digging in soft soil, going only about a foot deep, it tells me it should cost about $1,500k. Then why am I paying over $4k?!?! OVER $4,000!!! (Wait it gets worse.) I came home last week to my bathroom flooded, water in the tub, water in the sink in my garage and I panicked. I quickly searched for a plumber who could come check it out quickly. I found Jazz Plumbing, with honestly, great reviews. Almost 5k reviews at 4.7 stars. I thought this has to be it. They were friendly and said they were on their way. The first technician was great, respectful, he used booties as he came in and out of my house. He did everything possible, but the blockage was not cleared right away. He told me I needed to have a clean-out installed. Which to me, made sense because my house is old, built in the 50s and I didn't have one. Okay, fine. Then the second technician showed up. He was nice but he started with the hard sell IMMEDIATELY. He said more than likely I would need a hydro jet, hopefully they wouldn't have to break the concrete, and if we needed to get into the street, I was looking at $50k. Ummm, you don't even really know what's happening... but he was trying to scare me. I realize that now. He came back the next day, luckily, the install was on dirt and it was quick and easy. The 'sell' technician told me after the clean-out was installed, yeah the snake couldn't clean out the blockage, even though it was just paper products? No, have to go with the hydro jet (I wonder if he even tried snaking it...). Anyway, the hydro jet, another $1,500k. That finally cleared it but then he started showing me the video of my pipes out to the street. And man, the hard sell, oh, here is crack, here is an offset, a really bad one. They could line my clay pipe, which was definitely past it's life, for $18,000!!! But they provide financing so better get on it. I asked for the night to think about it because I felt the hard sell and then I did my research. I saw way too many videos on the internet of pipes that were really in bad shape to know, my pipe was not bad at all. I called a few other plumbers for estimates, this was way over the top. I've lived here over 20 years, I've had 2 blockages including this one. There is no way my pipe needed to be lined. All in all, I will pay over $6,000 for calling this company. I realize this is their price but after having some time to go through everything, they are waaaaay over priced and will try to upsell you on things you probably don't need. TLDR: Buyer beware, they are friendly but will try hard to upsell you on things you don't need. Find someone else!

Ramon installed a water pressure regulator and a Moen automatic shut-off valve in our home, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and very well explained. He took the time to walk us through why the pressure regulator was needed, how the Moen valve works to prevent leaks and water damage, and made sure everything was installed cleanly and correctly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he took in doing the job right. The work area was left spotless, the installation looked extremely tidy, and he carefully tested everything before leaving. He also answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we felt comfortable with the new system.
