Atlas did an amazing job installing air conditioning for us. They also did some additional work for us to install new ducts. The prices were always fair and reasonable, and they considered how they could find a cost effective option to get the job done while still at high quality. Kevin in particular is tremendous - very knowledgeable, takes great pride in his work and executes efficiently.
Atlas Heating has served my family over for 40 years. Atlas has installed new heating systems and thermostats, yearly heater maintenance, and provided emergency repairs. The staff are congenial, efficient and clearly explain what needs to be done. Heating Specialist Devin recently serviced our heating systems; he was pleasant and very professional. The technician did a good job, but there was some confusion about the charge, which I thought was too much. They called me right away to try to understand what had happened and after reviewing all concerned, later that day called back and made more than generous adjustment. The owners are wonderful people and and I would recommend them for anything rom a major replacement (like the one they did for me) or something as simple as a bad thermostat, which they just replaced. Before leaving a less than satisfactory rating (which I did) let them know there was a problem (which I should have done). Thank you. .
