My experience with TRIO was amazing from beginning to end. Winston and Charbel were the two installation professionals and they were top notch. They took the time to explain everything about the system, the install, and they even made recommendations on how to maintain the system and ensure proper airflow from the vents. Additionally, they cleaned up all work areas and the work was very precise and clean for the installation. I observed their work throughout the entire process and was very happy to see their attention to detail. I'd also like to mention Tony the project manager who advised me on heatpump options and on good advice I went with a Daikin system. I'm very happy with the choice and the information Tony provided. I highly recommend TRIO and its professional staff. 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a very disappointing experience with TRIO, especially with David and the way the final resolution was handled. The workers who came to my property were unprofessional. There was constant profanity in Spanish around me and my family, and my concerns were not treated with the level of care I expected. That lack of care contributed to damage being caused on a high-end finished project, including drywall/stucco areas that require proper repair and blending. What made the situation worse was the follow-up with David. Instead of making the resolution simple and respectful, his communication felt passive aggressive, pressuring, and honestly borderline abusive (trying to revoke a discount already applied and approved by another manager, etc) simply over a small remaining balance (5% of the remaining invoice). I felt like I was being pushed to accept terms I was not comfortable with, including language that appeared to affect my ability to leave an honest review. I ultimately paid the remaining invoice through the office just to be done with the situation. The actual work is only one part of the customer experience. How a company treats customers when something goes wrong matters just as much, and based on my experience with David and the workers on site, I would not use TRIO again. To future customers, please take their 1k+ near 5-star reviews with a grain of salt.
We had clogged pipes upstairs, so needed urgent repair. Joe was able to come the next day to help fix. Root caused quickly and did the job / repairs professionally. Fair price. Would recommend!
Besmir did an excellent job and I’d highly recommend him. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, personable, professional, and worked very efficiently. He took the time to explain everything clearly about my toilet setup, what needed to be done, and what I should know moving forward. I really appreciated how transparent and informative he was - I learned way more about toilets than any homeowner should 😂 On top of that, he went above and beyond with his service and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find contractors who combine speed, professionalism, and great customer service the way he does. Would absolutely hire him again.
Joe did a great job installing our kitchen faucet. He was super nice, professional, and easy to work with. The installation was completed quickly, and everything works perfectly. We really appreciated the fast service and would definitely recommend him!
