I recently had United HVAC install a new ducted heat pump system in my home, and the entire experience was very good. From the beginning their communication was very clear, so I always knew what to expect next. They handled all the complicated permit paperwork, scheduled the inspection, and guided me through the eligible rebate programs. The technicians were highly professional, arriving on time for every single appointment. While they originally estimated it would be a 2-day project, they worked efficiently and wrapped up half a day early. As someone who isn't familiar with heat pump systems, I really appreciated how patiently the technician answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the system's operation. Their work is very neat. They kept the floor clean, and arranged all the new pipes and wires beautifully. I highly recommend United HVAC!
We are very pleased with the HVAC services provided by United. They come to help immediately and offers professional advice based on assessed situations. Special shout out to technician Vitaly who stayed late until 9pm to make sure we have hot water back on running before he left. His workmanship, professionalism and attention to details is above and beyond our expectation.
United HVAC & Plumbing’s technicians were professional and good communicators. They came when scheduled and diagnosed our plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly. The team worked quietly, quickly, and cleanly to replace a long kitchen drain and a leaking toilet. Both repairs are working well and are improvements in the previous conditions. (We have an old house and it has seen many fixes over the years.) I would definitely hire United HVAC and Plumbing again for any needed repairs!
Very happy with our service. The estimator went out of his way to provide the best solution and price. Work started when promised and our house was back to normal in a few hours. Workers were very polite and cleaned up the work area before they left.
Not that I want to need a plumber, but when I do, it’s nice to know I can call United plumbing’s service personnel. Nice folks. They know what they are doing. Consistently good results. We had a water heater failure. United sent a technician to assess the water heater within a 2-hour window. Then they helped us schedule a same-day replacement installation. They also provided tips on how to help the new water heater last longer.
