I would have liked to give a 5 star rating but just can't. I was told I would get a call back the next day, after my initial call, but had to call them the day after. Was told they would be here between 10:30am and 12:30. Got a message at 12:51 saying he was "en route" @ 12:51. Finally arrived at 1:45pm. I understand delays can happen but I would at least expect a call informing of the delay long before the agreed appointment time had expired. Just a little better communications would be nice. The actual service work was excellent. This in a honest and reliable company. They just need to focus on over communicating, under committing, and over delivering.
I am very pleased with the service and care that I received from Valley Comfort Heating & Air. My situation and loss of heat was unbelievably complicated because of PG&E. VCHA worked with me (and my electrician) every step of the way and provided me with incredible service. The techs were professional, well trained and knowledgeable, and left the areas of work spotless. Their after-hours and weekend response (when needed) was incredibly helpful as we navigated the install. I will be using them for all of my maintenance and know that if I have any questions, their office staff and management and technicians are there for me. Sonoma and Napa County are very fortunate to have this family owned business and personal care for our heating and cooling needs.
A/C wouldnt communicate with thermostat. They came, check everything and was able to fine the issue. They replaced the part that needed replaced and keept us informed the entire time, answering all our questions sometimes even before we had the question to ask! Very knowledgeable and professional. They quoted us one price but then discovered that the previously installed part was incorrect so they gave us the correct part and it was about $100 cheaper!! Great service, great communication, same day (with in hours of us calling) service (that coat us a bit more than a normal call but worth it). And to top it all off our A/C works great now!!! 10/10 would recommend!
Saba performed annual maintenance on our AC unit. What a great employee and fine representative for your company. He was extremely knowledgeable and competent, but also highly courteous and respectful. It’s rare nowadays to meet someone who is great at their job and a pleasure to be around. Saba is both, and we’d welcome him back to our hime any time.
Showed up within window promised. Performed routine maintenance efficiently. Explained system better than any previous tech. Don’t love the fuel surcharge or extra fee for using a credit card.
