VOLTA and technician James are trustworthy, timely, and reasonable. I’ve worked with James over the last three years and he has always given us options and thoughtful detailed explanations. Our AC system is older (~20 years) and other providers have just simply advocated complete replacement of the system whereas James was thoughtful in presenting options and recommendations. For us, a reasonable cost efficient option was maintaining our current unit with certain electrical and other fixes that have come up every year or two. In every case, James fixed our issue and we were back with cold, strongly blowing air within the day. VOLTA and James are top notch.
We recently had issue with our dishwasher and the duo (Ralph and James) promptly scheduled the call and fixed the issue. Unfortunately there was some blockage in the air pipe due to normal wear and tear usage of the dishwasher and the water was not draining out completely. We had to reach out to Raplh and James again- Raplh provide 3 slots that we could select from based on our schedules and promptly dispatched James to fix the issue. James took the time to check, clean and also educate me on how to resolve such issues myself. More over they went way and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with all their support and made us feel happy. I highly recommend these guys for any service - they are promptly, genuine and very friendly people to work with.

I can see why this company gets good reviews. When our washer went down, I looked up every appliance repair shop in our area. I read reviews, but at the end of the day, I went with the one that responded repeatedly and in a timely fashion. Volta and James, consistently let me know when they could come out, and then when they were on the way. I had looked up the repair on YouTube and I could do it, but it would take quite a while as it required the inner/outer door to be removed to access the latch and then take the other side apart to access the lock. I showed James the washer and let him get to work. About 45 minutes (or less) he let me know the repair was done, using our current parts and that they warranted the work. Very nice guy and he knew exactly what he was doing. I can't say enough about this team. Definitely recommend.
James came out same day, on the hottest day of the year, when our AC stopped working. He was super knowledgeable and polite, put on booties inside the house, made friends with my dog, and, most importantly, got the AC working again within about 30 minutes. Great service!
