William was very professional - did a thorough diagnosis of the repair needs for both our toilet repair and an upstairs bath tub faucet leak. Recommended exactly the replacement parts needed, and laid out the scope and price of the repair work. The in-wall toilet was particular complex, and he handled it well. Both fixtures are working as good as new now!

Will was responsive, kind, efficient, and educational. He was really helpful in making sure my NG gas grill got set up safely, and even gavem e advice over the phone before coming over to make sure it was worth my money and time to have him come. Can’t say enough great things about W&R Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours of my call for help with backed up bathroom sink and shower drains. They fixed both quickly, cleaned up, checked other plumbing lines, explained the issue re old pipes, and prepared estimate for future pipe upgrade all for reasonable charge and no add on sale pressure. Will and his assistant are professional and personable. I prefer giving my business to owner operator businesses for that kind of personal touch.
I can’t recommend Will highly enough! We had a plumbing emergency at 9 PM on a Saturday with a clogged bathtub and a broken shower valve that left the water running with no way to shut it off except from the main water shut off, which turned off water to half of an apartment complex. I reached out to W&R plumbing expecting to leave a message that would be returned on Monday, but received a response within 20 minutes! Will spent over an hour texting and talking with me on the phone patiently walking me through how to shut the water off directly to the shower and helped us come up with a repair plan. After I sent Will photos of the faulty valves he was able to track one down within 24 hours. By 10 AM Monday morning he was at the apartment and quickly fixed the clogged tub and installed the new valve. He also took the time to answer our questions, explain what had caused the issues, and made sure we understood everything. Will was incredibly professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. We really felt he went above and beyond for a customer on a Saturday night. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a plumber! We will be using W&R plumbing again.
