We had a leaking water heater and called Monday late morning. Michael came out that early afternoon to replace it, and he was fantastic. From start to finish, he was personable, highly knowledgeable, and professional. His attention to detail and the quality of his work were excellent, and he even worked into the evening to make sure we had hot water before he left. A completely seamless, stress-free experience. My water heater was leaking unfortunately and I knew I needed to make a move fast I found water heater specialists and after reading the reviews knew they were the right fit Vick showed up on time and ready to go he inspected my water heater and explained everything to me in depth which made me very confident in moving forward. Vick was done in about 2 hours and explained all his work to me and also answered all my 10000 questions. First, Walt answered my call asked my problem (water heater) he set up appointment within the next two hours on a Sunday. I got a technician out within a 2hr wait window. We received excellent exceptional help from Michael. Very knowledgeable and experienced specialist. He was Great!!! He showed us the part and fixed the problem.
