Very pleased by the service. Nahid ( Phonetic spelling?) Was prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable and I must say very intelligent. My icemaker water hose in the back of my refrigerator sprung a leak, although very small, consistent. He purchased a steel braided hose, replaced it and gave excellent advice on the long-term condition of my wooden floor where the leak occurred. They even look for a replacement filter for my will cold water dispenser, which I originally told them to not worry about. He concluded the work leaving my kitchen clean and well ordered as if nothing had happened. Can't ask for better!
I have used Rovshan and his team twice now for refrigerator repairs and in both situations he has responded quickly, been transparent on pricing and kept me updated. You can't ask for more than that. He and his team are trustworthy and now he has expanded his services to HVAC I will have him take a look at any future HVAC maintenance and repairs.
I had a punctured drainage hose on my LG washer. Instead of charging a $300 service fee to send a technician out, Rovshan did a video call with me. He diagnosed the issue and helped me fix it myself. He was more interested in earning trust than overcharging for a simple problem. I will definitely be calling him when my appliances need repairs next time!
