They really helped our family with fast air duct cleaning and mold removal. Our daughter has a weak immune system, so I called and explained that we were worried about mold in the ductwork and vents. Brendan was able to move our appointment up from the next week to just two days, and that meant a lot to us. The pricing was very fair, and the whole HVAC duct cleaning service felt worth every dollar. Matthew, the technician who came out, was excellent. He explained each step, showed us where mold and buildup were inside the air ducts, and walked us through how he was cleaning and treating everything. Seeing the before and after was amazing. It is stressful to find mold in your air system, especially with the warm weather and heavy AC use in Morgan Hill, but their air duct service gave us real peace of mind. After the cleaning, our indoor air felt fresher, airflow seemed better, and our whole family noticed a difference in breathing comfort. Professional, responsive, and thorough service. I highly recommend them for anyone needing duct cleaning, vent cleaning, or mold treatment in their HVAC system.
If a home service visit can be called pleasant, having ross at our home for dryer vent and air duct related work definitely was. We first asked about dryer vent cleaning and were given clear pricing with simple options depending on whether the vent line needed to be cleaned from one end or both ends. ross also offered to inspect the setup before any commitment, which made the whole process feel honest and easy. The job ended up being a more involved dryer exhaust cleaning because the vent had blockage near the upper section and needed access from both ends. During the service, ross found lint buildup and a seam issue in the vent line, then fully cleaned the duct, removed debris, vacuumed the area, and cleaned up the loose lint around the home. The airflow improvement was noticeable right away, and our dryer started working much better. We also asked about HVAC duct cleaning and furnace cleaning since we were already thinking about indoor air quality and system performance in our Morgan Hill home. instead of pushing extra services, ross took time to ask smart questions about dust, airflow, vents, filter changes, and how the system was performing. Based on what he saw, he said a full duct cleaning was not really needed at this time. that kind of honesty is rare, and it gave us a lot of confidence. i appreciated how thorough, fair, and professional the whole visit was. my wife and i felt we were dealing with someone who cared more about proper air duct service and safety than making a bigger sale. Great experience overall, and we would gladly use this service again for dryer vent cleaning, duct inspection, or future HVAC airflow issues.
We had moved into our home not long ago and noticed a stale smell whenever the hvac system turned on, especially during warmer days. Since the house is older and had a newer HVAC unit, we decided it was a good time to schedule a full air duct cleaning with Zachary's Air Duct Cleaners. The crew arrived right on time and even called shortly before getting there, which i really appreciated. They were courteous, respectful, and easy to work with around our sleeping baby and dog. matthew and the team explained the ductwork cleaning process clearly, cleaned the supply vents and return vents thoroughly, and finished the job quickly and efficiently as promised. We were surprised by how much dust, debris, and buildup came out of the air ducts. They also replaced the filters and treated the intake areas with an eco-friendly antimicrobial and deodorizer to help with odor and possible mold buildup. After the service, they cleaned up everything and left the house neat. The indoor air felt fresher, the vents smelled much better, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Would definitely use again for air duct and vent cleaning.
The crew was great and explained the whole air duct cleaning process clearly before starting. Ross and Matthew were careful bringing in their equipment and put tarps down on the floor to keep everything protected. They cleaned the vents, returns, and ductwork thoroughly, and when they finished, the house looked spotless and dust free. You could tell they took pride in doing a clean, professional HVAC duct cleaning job. I would definitely recommend them.
Found Zachary's Air Duct Cleaners and had a great experience with their air duct cleaning service.
