I called today and need an urgent service, because my unit was not cooling down over the last weekend. Jerry shows up 4 hrs later and he saves the day! He know exactly whats the issue and he fixed it in 5 minutes. He is a friendly technician and very professional, making it an unusually pleasant experience. Thanks to the manager Trina, the communication regarding appointments, invoices, and receipts is efficient and seamless. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone needing their services. The folks at A&H Heating and Air Conditioning are fabulous! Trina contacted me within hours of my calling (on Memorial Day no less!) and scheduled me for the next day. Their technician Daniel, was on time, incredibly personable, and got the repair done for us in less than an hour! I would strongly recommend A&H for any of your heating or cooling needs!
Really good experience and appreciate the quick repair. Reason for missing a star is price was really high for being on-site for 40 minutes (especially knowing how much copacitors and contactors cost). But, in the end - they did a great job.
A&H installed a new furnace and AC unit when we bought our house, and they've done all the maintenance work on them since, most recently when rats chewed up the insulation on the exterior AC unit pipes. We've had a variety of technicians come out and they've always been efficient, friendly, and let us know what they were doing at all times.
