My Lennox AC unit was not cooling the house even though air was blowing so I had a different HVAC company come out and the guy told me my compressor was dead and quoted $4500. When the tech from A Plus came out to give me a second opinion he said the compressor was fine and topped off my refrigerant and the AC is working now. He was professional and friendly and wouldn’t even accept a tip. So glad I called them and I will only use them going forward. THANK YOU

Through Costco/APlus Heating & Air, I had my entire furnace and condenser swapped out to an energy efficient Lennox heat pump. Entire process from proposal, installation, and finally city permitting, went smoothly. Price was also better than other HVAC companies. Thanks Brenden for mentioning city of SJ and fed tax credits (along with usual Costco shop card credits for using a CITI card) to lower overall cost even more.
We got in touch with A plus through Costco. Must say they've really wasted our time by not following up with quotes after completing our in house consultation. We've repeatedly tried to reach out, with zero responses from them. We generally prefer contracting home improvement projects through Costco, as they generally collaborate with quite reliable contractors. Quite unfortunate that this is the only option at Costco for hvac services.
