Today A T Weber came to service a local residential water leak problem. The technician, A. Bradford, arrived on time, was extremely professional, neat, cleaned up everything and even checked for issues above and beyond what other plumbing companies had provided in the past. He is fabulous and I would highly recommend him and the company.
Steve from AT Weber came to my home to clean my two furnaces. He was on time, professional and extremely courteous. He did the job, left no mess and gave me valuable advice about my furnaces. In addition, I asked questions about some plumbing needs and he was very knowledgeable and willing to take the extra time to discuss some options. AT Weber sent a plumber named Alvictor ( I believe that's how you spell his name, he also goes by Al) to diagnose and repair a plumbing issue in the condo building where I live. The issue affected 3 of our units all on top of one another. I would give him more than 5 stars. He arrived on time, was kind and courteous, very conscientious and addressed the issue with professionalism. He was very detailed oriented, took care to clean up afterwards and gave directions as to what else could be done. I'm so appreciative that people like him still exists. If you need a plumber call him. You won't be disappointed.
AT Weber was subcontracted by my general contractor to install an external flue to vent my water heater and radiant heat boiler (basically just a big pipe that goes up about 30 feet). They sent me an invoice for $2.3K for this service with no detail. After having to reach out to management to get a breakdown of the invoice, I was told that parts were $450 (seemed reasonable to me) and labor was 9 man hours (to install an external flue!) at a rate of ($200/hour!!). Avoid these guys like the plague.
